● Study product features and technologies● Create test cases for new features● Update test cases for old features due to requirement changes● Set up the test environment following the feature requirements● Execute test cases following the test plan● Report bugs with detailed information● Do bug verification● Quality bug severity and priority● Report on task progress● Provide task estimation● Work closely with cross-functional teams within the company (QA, Dev, Support, Sales, Product, etc.) to deliver the best product quality

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● 1.5 years of experience in software testing● Knowledge of testing methodologies and concepts● Experience with test features from the stage of requirements analysis to regression testing● Experience in writing clear test cases.● Experience in Bug Tracking process and Test Management Tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)● Experience with to learn new businesses and systems● Working in an international company● Intermediate English skills Nice to have:● Knowledge with M365, Computer Networking, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, and Cloud Storage● Experience with creating test data (Virtual machine, Linux/Windows OS, VMware hypervisor, etc.)● Experience with Linux● Experience with problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
