Technical Skills: - Testing methodologies: Strong understanding of various testing methodologies  (e.g.,regression, integration, system, acceptance, performance) and their application. - Test case design: Ability to create comprehensive and effective test cases based on  requirements and specifications. - Defect management: Proficiency in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using defect  tracking tools (e.g: Jira, Google Sheet) - Testing tools: Familiarity with common testing tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, Postman, JMetter)  and their usage. - Automation testing: Basic knowledge of automation testing concepts and tools (e.g.,  Selenium WebDriver) is a plus. Soft Skills: - Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues. - Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve testing  challenges. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact  effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. - Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate testing. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals. - Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
