JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Quality Control (QC) Engineer, you will join our dedicated testing team with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement of our testing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing and automating our existing manual test suites across various platforms, including NodeJS/React applications, ASP.NET applications, and Windows Forms applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automate existing manual test cases using tools such as Telerik Test Studio and Playwright.
Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, environments, and test data.
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
Assist developers in reproducing and resolving errors.
Conduct manual testing tasks as needed to support ongoing project requirements.
Execute various types of testing, including System, Integration, Performance, Load, Smoke, and Regression tests.
Analyze system specifications, user stories, use cases, and requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios.
Create clear, detailed documentation of test plans, test designs, and test results.
Summarize and report test results to team leaders and management.
Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and customers to ensure product quality.
Participate proactively in agile meetings and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a QA/QC Engineer, specifically testing Windows and Web applications.
Proven experience in automation testing, with hands-on knowledge of tools such as Telerik Test Studio, Playwright, or similar.
Experience using bug tracking tools and test case management systems, preferably Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, optionally MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Honest, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and proactive approach to work.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
PREFERRED SKILLS (PLUS):
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with industrial production line processes.
Previous experience working within European companies or multicultural environments.
Scrum or Agile certification.
