- Monitor and improve production yield in processes such as Mold, Laser, Dispenser, Saw, Sputter, etc.- Set up production programs based on initial customer drawings.- Optimize programs and troubleshoot process errors.- Design jigs and carriers to support production.- Analyze and investigate issue, collaborate with related departments and customers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering majors such as Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.- Good English skills for work (communication, reading and understanding technical documents).- Fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and passion for engineering.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.- Ability to understand technical drawings and have knowledge about GD&T.- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is a plus.- Can work for night shift.
