1. Responsible for creating and implementing high impact marketing and communications programs that promote SC VivoCity, products and services to both in and out mall audiences2. Develop concept, planning and program management of high impact mall decorations, events and promotions3. Enhance the shopping experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive shopper traffic and tenant sales.4. Develop and manage branding collaterals. Develop and manage content and campaigns for social media to meet business objectives and increase brand recall.5. Plan and coordinate PR programs, media requests and enquiries.6. Develop copy writing and production of for corporate literature, audio/visual (video), multimedia and presentation tools7. Understanding tenant’s business situation, planning good collaboration / campaign to support tenants & outside partners doing business in SC VivoCity8. Lead the the team to achieve casual leasing, events & advertisement revenue to meet KPI of the company9. Oversee and develop customer service standards, policies and procedures for the organization or department to deliver excellent services to customers10. Managing CRM program. Develop programs to acquire new members, providing benefits/ privileges to existing members. 11. Conduct periodical market research.12. Work and coordinated with other teams to run smoothly day-to-day operation of the mall13. Team management: managing A&P team and Customer Service team14. General management: reporting, budget management, purchasing management for marketing activities in alignment with company regulations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subject.. Outstanding command of spoken and written English, including creative copy, business and technical writing skills . At least 8-10 years of relevant experience.• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of marketing and corporate communications, ranging from Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Activation, Events, Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility is required. • Creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines are a must. • Ability to think ‘out of the box’ to generate new ideas and see through its implementation/completion • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence seniors, peers and juniors alike. • Initiative, eye for details and a team player with a positive attitude under all circumstances . Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments.
