Marcom Manager

Job Description:• Review and update corporate and marketing communications guidelines and manuals regularly.• Execute design and production of brand and marketing collaterals.• Develop corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team.• Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on IG, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.• Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital and market presence.• Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships.• Manage PR and press relations.• Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communication plans (email, social media, blogs, crisis comm plan etc. …) including at times high-level public speeches for GM.• Consolidate and manage global calendar of properties’ events and promotions.• Maintain an organized visual asset filing system.• Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.• Respond to, coordinate, and fulfil special event arrangements.• Manage events calendar.• Determine and drive sales goals for F&B.• Collaborate with Chef on menu requests.• Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable.• Develop promotions or specialty packages to drive business.• Develop Synergies Partner for Collaborations.• Work together with Operation team and Chef to create sales Kit menu, benefits and more.• Perform other functions that may be required from time to time.
