- Researching job market in retail and distribution sector in Vietnam;
- Developing networks with companies in retail and distribution sector;
- Evaluating and providing recommendations on trainee’s curriculum vitae crafting;
- Collecting and matching job vacancies of business lines with trainees’ needs,
- Promote the classes of LKIC center’s distribution practitioners and bakery & delica course to companies in retail market in Vietnam, and contributing to achieving goals of the project.
- The incumbent will report to the designated project action officer (PAO) and field manager (FM).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development, public relations or related fields; preferably with advanced training on workforce analysis, human resource practice/management and/or with advanced working experience in retail and distribution sector in Vietnam.
- Three to ten years of relevant work experience.
- Experience and knowledge of distribution sector such as market, department store, fast food chain restaurant, bakery and/or cinema industry
- Demonstrated experience in networking within a retail and distribution sector
- Sound knowledge of human resource and administrative systems and procedures common to international organizations and/or retail and distribution industry
- Working experience on workforce analysis and strategic staffing
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other productivity tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or Korean; good memo composition and editing skills

- The selected candidate is appointed for an initial term of one year after 3 months of probation period.
