Along with our business expansion in Vietnam, we are looking for suitable, qualified candidates for the following positions at our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.Job Description1. Support Marketing & MSA Events:- Manage the event list to visualize event budgets and status, ensuring up to date information. Support Marketing and MSA members in preparing education grants, sponsorships, and other necessary documents for events.- Prepare and return promotional materials as requested by the Marketing department.- Arrange for the delivery of documents, reserve demo products, and handle any other arrangements required for events upon request from line Manager.- Collaborate with the Compliance and F&A teams to follow up on sponsorship documents, grant contracts, and speaker agreements until payments are completed.- Submit supervisor approved requests on the system and follow up on their status until completion.2. Data Management- Organize and manage team channel data owned by the Marketing and MSA departments, ensuring data is stored in the appropriate folders.- Update sales leads received from promotional marketing events into the file.- Update survey results received from educational events into the file.3. Knowledge Improvement- Accumulate knowledge and experience in using new software provided by the company.4. Others- Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
