Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties' research, and implement best practices• Understanding business objectives and designing research, analysis to optimize shopping mall operations & performances• Identify target customers, customer profile, and customer demand such as lifestyle, purchasing behaviour, customer journey, price elasticity, etc• In-depth analysis of competitors‘ resources, sales strategies, marketing strategies, etc. Understand competitors‘ strengths and weaknesses and grasp the company‘s competitiveness• Analyse shopping mall’s marketing campaigns to determine the factors that contributed to a given marketing campaign's success or failure and propose a suitable marketing plan, campaign ideas, etc• Communicating with marketing and sales departments to determine operational & promotional objectives, strategies, and deployment plans

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing/ Business/ Economics is preferred• Proficiency in MS Office skills and English communication• Logical thinking, detail-oriented, result-oriented• Minimum 2 years of working experience in consumer research with intermediate/ advanced knowledge of research techniques and methodologies• Or minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing planning in shopping mall or retail sector
