Marketing Community Specialist

Community Engagement & Moderation Serve as the primary point of contact for our community across platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). Foster positive discussions, respond to queries, and address feedback promptly and empathetically. Moderate conversations to ensure alignment with community guidelines and brand values. Content Strategy & Execution Collaborate with Marketing/Creative teams to develop engaging content (text, visuals, video) tailored for community platforms. Plan and execute campaigns (e.g., AMAs, contests, challenges) to boost participation and brand loyalty. Growth & Retention Develop initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones. Track and analyze community growth, engagement, and sentiment metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, sentiment analysis, response rate). Feedback & Advocacy Synthesize community insights into actionable reports for Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Identify and empower brand advocates and superusers. Crisis Management Proactively monitor brand mentions and mitigate potential PR risks. Escalate critical issues to relevant teams with clear action plans. Platform Optimization Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices. Test new engagement formats (e.g., live streams, polls, Spaces)
