Market research and analysis to understand customer trends, competitor landscape, and identify target audiences. Developing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including budget allocation and campaign goals. Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, content marketing, print, and events. Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Overseeing the creation of engaging marketing content such as website copy, blog posts, social media graphics, and video content. Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Managing advertising placements across different media platforms and optimizing spend. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as development teams, sales teams and design teams. Other related tasks as instructed by Brand Manager or Assistant General Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.Over 2 years of experience in marketing or similar roles.Strong understanding of modern marketing tools and strategies.Experience in managing agencies and content writing is a plus.Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.Ability to work independently, in a team, and multitask effectively.Work Locations:• HCM: No. 20, Mieu Binh Dong, Binh Hung Hoa A, Binh Tan, HCM• Binh Duong: No. 22, VSIP IIA, Street 23, Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park IIA, Vinh Tan, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong.• Work in Binh Duong every Monday or as requested by the management.Benefits:• The company provides shuttle service from HCM to Binh Duong every Monday. The company will also support fuel costs for traveling from HCM to Binh Duong on other days if required by management.• Full social insurance based on salary (or as negotiated)• Annual salary review• Longevity bonus, 13th-month salary, Tet bonus, etc.• Team-building activities as per company policy • Company-provided laptop during working hoursWorking Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday), 08:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)Probation period: Maximum of 2 months or direct contract signing without probation, as agreed.
