OVERVIEW OF POSITIONMarketing Executive is the ‘cog’ in the direct relationship between the business and the customer; it is involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. The role includes planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research. The work is often challenging, varied and exciting.JOB DISCRIPTIONCampaign Monitoring and Optimization:• Review the performance of ongoing promotional campaigns, focusing on metrics like customer participation, revenue impact, and ROI.• Ensure promotional materials (digital and physical) are current and effectively communicate the campaign’s value proposition.Event Coordination:• Oversee the daily planning and coordination of upcoming casino events, ensuring all logistical elements are on track.• Confirm details with vendors, entertainment providers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution.• Address any last-minute issues, making quick decisions to keep events running smoothly.• Plan, coordinate, and execute casino events, including tournaments, special events, and VIP experiences.• Manage event logistics, including budget, vendor relations, entertainment, and on-site execution.• Ensure all events align with brand standards and enhance the overall customer experience.Customer Engagement:• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.• Develop and implement strategies to engage high-value customers through personalized offers and VIP events.• Monitor customer feedback related to recent promotions and events, using insights to enhance future activities.Team Leadership and Collaboration:• Conduct daily team meetings to align on priorities, assign tasks, and review progress.• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on campaign management and event planning.• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and event logistics.• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, guiding best practices and career development.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.• Participate in the development of the general operation plan at the department/company.• Support personnel in the team/department to develop individual plans and participate in general implementation progress control.• Disseminate and guide members of the department on policies, regulations, and personnel management processes, including training applied at the department.Market Research and Competitive Analysis:• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor promotions, and customer preferences by reviewing market data daily.• Identify new opportunities for promotions or events that could attract and retain casino patrons.• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.• Identify new opportunities for promotions and events that align with market demand and customer preferences.• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.• Report findings to senior management, offering recommendations for strategic adjustments.Budget Oversight:• Track daily expenses related to promotional campaigns and events, ensuring all activities stay within budget.• Prepare budget reports to present to senior management, highlighting areas of efficiency and potential overspending.• Adjust budget allocations as necessary to optimize the impact of marketing efforts.Compliance and Reporting:• Ensure that all promotional activities and events comply with regulatory standards and company policies.• Ensure all promotions and events comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.• Prepare daily performance reports on promotions and events, summarizing key metrics and insights.• Prepare and present detailed reports on the performance of promotions and events to senior management.• Train awareness and disciplinary action in the work environment.Administrative Duties:• Update the marketing calendar with upcoming campaigns, events, and deadlines.• Organize and maintain records of contracts, vendor agreements, and event details.• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as requested by senior management.Promotional Campaigns:• Develop, plan, and execute innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain casino patrons.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling offers, loyalty programs, and promotions that align with business objectives.• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

REQUIREMENT:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the casino, hospitality, or entertainment industry.• Proven track record in managing successful promotions and large-scale events.\Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.• Knowledge of local gaming regulations and compliance requirements.• Familiarity with casino management systems and player tracking tools
