The Marketing Lead provides crucial support to the Marketing Manager in executing the school’s marketing strategies. This role focuses on assisting with content creation, social media management, advertising efforts, and event organization. The position plays a supportive role in maintaining brand consistency, coordinating trade programs, and fostering partnerships with other schools to enhance eSchool's visibility and attract new families. Below is a detailed explanation of the scope of work and the scope of responsibilities that define the crucial role of a Marketing Lead at eSchool. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Content Creation, Social Media and Advertising Management ● Assist in developing and scheduling content for eSchool’s social media platforms. ● Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements. ● Support advertising efforts to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences. 2. Brand Consistency and Execution ● Ensure marketing materials align with the school’s brand guidelines under the direction of the Marketing Manager. ● Review and refine communication materials for consistency and quality. 3. Event Planning and Activation ● Support the organization and execution of events, workshops, and activities for parents and students. ● Coordinate event logistics and provide on-site assistance to ensure successful outcomes. 4. Partnership Development ● Identify opportunities to collaborate with other schools and educational organizations. ● Assist in maintaining and nurturing partnerships to support joint initiatives. 5. Performance Analysis and Reporting ● Collect data on marketing initiatives and compile performance reports for review by the Marketing Manager. ● Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of campaign effectiveness. 6. Trade Programs and Initiatives ● Support the creation and implementation of trade programs designed to attract and engage families. ● Assist in monitoring program outcomes and making adjustments as neededSCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Lead Generation & Admissions Support ● Assist in generating qualified leads (parents) to meet the school’s annual admissions targets. ● Collaborate closely with the Admissions Team to plan and execute marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new students. ● Support the development and execution of lead acquisition strategies, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and offline engagement. 2. Brand Value & Consistency ● Ensure all marketing collateral aligns 100% with eSchool’s branding guidelines. ● Maintain a consistent brand tone and message across all communication platforms. 3. Event Planning & Execution ● Support the planning, organization, and execution of school events, open days, and experience-based workshops for parents and students. ● Collaborate closely with Admission and Admin teams in handling logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure seamless event delivery. 4. Partnerships & Promotions ● Establish and maintain partnerships with other schools or partners according to the school’s annual strategy. ● Drive excellent engagement through co-branded promotions and activities.
