Assist the Marketing Director in executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business development.Manage changes of marketing materials including sales/communication assets (profile, portfolio, brochure,..), ensuring they are updated and consistencyCreate and deliver original content for digital channels (social media, email, website,..), ensuring it aligns with company branding and marketing goals.Regularly update and optimize performance for all digital channels to ensure user engagement and business efficiency.Maintain the company’s image/video library and ensure that it aligns with marketing, product, and business development needs.Support the planning and execution of events such as FAM trips, sales calls, and travel fairs.Conducting market research to gather insights on customers, competitors, and emerging trends.Collaborate with HR to support internal events, employee engagement activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Yêu cầu ứng viên At least a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration or a related field.Excellent English writing skills.Strong implementation skills with precise time managements.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, website CMS).Deep understanding about marketing analysis tools (Google Analysis, Looker Studio, Mailchimp, Ahref,..)Creative spirit always on the lookout for new ideas and angles.Dedicated team player and committed to delivering.Previous experience in the travel industry is a bonus.Photography and videography skills are a bonus.
