* Working detail:1. Working target: Ensure all marketing activities under right direction, contributing branding for typical business and develop business in short and long term, ensuring overall business development.2. Scope of work: - Shaping & proposing the strategy for business development - Deploying business strategy and plan.- MKT operation management - Lead cross-function team for business development.3. Key roles and responsibilities:- Propose strategy for business development - Develop and deploy business plan to achieve business objectives - Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Board of Management.- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.- Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan and business plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; and control of the marketing budget.- Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization,- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications function.- Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications functions.- Supervise marketing team including consumer marketing team and trade marketing team for effective marketing operation.- Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel.- Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.- Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team.- Support concept ideas and approve all marketing proposals before submitting to head office.- Integrate primary & secondary research to support decision-making and implementation.- Analyse opportunities while managing and driving project timelines in a cross functional team setting to improve overall portfolio performance.- Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Organization.- Partner with internal multi-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.) to develop and implement strategies and tactics.- Interface with other functions/teams to streamline activities, improve processes, and increase communication.- Identifying and managing focused revenue generating opportunities on an annual basis.- Chief of sales auditing team to establish the compliance of the sales team in performance sales procedure and deploying marketing programs.- Review and approve CMO figure proposed by CMO team before submitting to HO for shipment request.
