Marketing Manager

1. Strategic Marketing- Develop and lead international marketing strategies aligned with business goals; collaborate across Sales, Product, and Tech teams.2. Tech & AI Integration- Leverage AI and marketing technologies to personalize user experience, automate processes, and improve campaign efficiency.3. Performance Marketing- Plan and optimize global ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn); conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.4. Affiliate Program Growth- Build and manage international affiliate partnerships; identify top-performing affiliates and influencers to boost revenue.5. Global Brand Management- Strengthen brand presence across markets; ensure consistent messaging and oversee execution of digital content across all channels.6. Data-Driven Execution- Use analytics tools to inform strategy and report on KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition, etc.) to senior leadership.7. Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team; set KPIs and foster a creative, result-driven environment.8. Other Duties- Support the Operations Director with additional strategic or operational initiatives as required.
