The ideal candidate understands how to leverage AI tools in marketing workflows, build strong SEO and branding strategies, and has a bonus interest or experience in Web3.Lead the Marketing Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 5–8 marketers across content, SEO, performance, design, and social media.Strategy Ownership: Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.AI-Powered Marketing: Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI) into marketing operations to boost productivity, personalization, and efficiency.SEO & Brand Building: Own the SEO roadmap, improve organic rankings, and develop a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multichannel campaigns (email, web, paid ads, social, etc.) to drive user acquisition and retention.Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present clear insights with actionable improvements.Web3 Advantage: (Bonus) Build marketing strategies tailored to Web3-savvy audiences. Collaborate with crypto communities, influencers, and DAOs.
