Marketing Manager (Preferred Experience in Banking/finance)

Position Objective:1- Establish and implement strategic marketing plan to enhance Corporate brand awareness and contribute to Company business target. Lead and manage the product life cycle for a rich set of products & services, from planning to after-launch performance monitoring2- Collaborate with relevant function within company to formulate product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products/solutions/services in the market. 3- Conduct business analysis and provide market insight to management for business strategy planning4- Support other activities regarding to Marketing, CRM, Sales Operation... as request from Head Accountabilities:- Marketing Manager is a person to manage marketing activities to promote sales and aim to achieve long-term goals.- Marketing Manager will work closely with TFSVN partners to develop actionable plan and execute activities to strengthen TFS Brand Image as well as achieve sales target.- Develop Digital Marketing strategy and TFSVN’s campaign to support Digital Transformation projects.- Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.- Cooperating with internal departments to proceed assigned projects with proactive attitude in working. Understanding and practicing well all TFSVN policies and procedures.- Manage Marketing teams to ensure all jobs will be done smooth and efficient, continuously improve sales & marketing operation.- Marketing Manager’s activities are expected to be carried out with minor supervision. Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure. Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously. Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.- To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Marketing, CRM & Product.
