Job Overview:The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive consumer demand, strengthen brand equity, and boost sell-out performance. This role involves managing both the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute annual plans that drive demand, enhance brand equity, and increase sell-out. 2. Experiment with a variety of paid acquisition channels like flyer/leaflet, content creation, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis. 3. Plan and track digital campaigns across Facebook, Zalo, website, and other paid media channels. 4. Work cross-functionally and with agency partners to align messaging and execution. 5. Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. 6. Analyze customer insights, trends, and competitor activities to guide strategy and execution. 7. Understand customer needs and requirements through design briefs in terms of Private label packaging. 8. Mentor and develop the MKT team, driving excellence in strategy and execution. 9. Others tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Digital Marketing.• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with leadership responsibility.• Strong Marketing Online in Retail /Wholesale industry• Proven ability in online brand marketing with strong digital media skills.• Experience managing offline marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and POSM production.• Strong understanding of packaging development and design processes.• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.• Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven.• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
