- Co-working with sales team to propose the promotion program;
- Make plan and execute promotion/incentive program;
- Ensure customers understand well all activities of promotions;
- Visit dealers to get market feedback about products and promotions;
- Analysis and understand the market, customer trend/insight;
- Make plan for channel expand and maintain, manage channel quality;
- Visit dealer, make sure and inprovement report;
- Training for dealers to keep standard of channel;
- Monitor and allocate marketing budget;
- Make plan and execute for branding activity, market communication;
- Make plan and proceed production for giveaway items, POP (POS), print literature;
- Allocate and distribute items to dealers, ensure delivery to dealers on time;
- Any accounting job assigned by Managing Director;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Min Diploma/Degree in marketing discipline.
- Candidate with at least 2 years experience..
- Cheerful and speak well.
- Working experience in tire business is a plus.
- Training will be provided.
- Posses English good communication and organisation skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, careful and willing to learn.
