Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Manage the company's online presence and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and media outlets. Build and enhance the company's brand identity in the market.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or outsourcing sector. Proven experience in building and managing brand identity. Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
