- Develop and administer the premium mass marketing program
- Create promotion outlines and event outlines for approval
- Perform analysis of high net worth player group
- Create and present reports on player performance to direct supervisor
- Must take personal responsibility for the growth of the premium mass floor player group
- Must demonstrate a willingness to be present in the casino when appropriate
- Must develop programs specifically tailored for premium mass players
- Promoted Mass floor Loyalty Reward program to all customer that visit the casino
- Identify premium guess and potential high end guess and refer them to our VIP gaming floor
- Work closely with VIP marketing team member to ensure all our premium guess are well look after at our resort
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Bachelor’s Degree & minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Gaming industry experience is preferred.
• Existing customer contacts and relationships is preferred
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, marketing plans and customer information.
