- Inspect mechanical systems, kitchen equipment, and machinery regularly to detect abnormalities or risks.
- Monitor spare parts usage and request replenishment as necessary.
- Ensure maintenance, repair, and installation works are carried out with minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest comfort.
- Support technical troubleshooting and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns
- Report any major problems, equipment breakdowns, or resource shortages to the Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Technical diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in hotels, resort, or industrial building
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, kitchen equipment and machinery
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skill.
