Mechanical Engineer – Humanoid Robot Design

Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical parts for humanoid robots, ensuring high precision, durability, and lightweight construction.• Select appropriate actuators, bearings, gears, and materials to achieve desired performance and reliability.• Collaborate with electrical and control engineers to integrate actuators and sensors within the joint system.• Prototype, test, and refine mechanisms to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability standards.• Support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring that designs are cost-effective and scalable.• Conduct kinematic and dynamic analysis to improve joint performance and efficiency.
