1. JOB DESCRIPTION:• Monthly Tasks:• Non-conformances (NCs): Log, investigate, and communicate vendor and customer NCs.• Corrective Actions (CA): Manage changes, conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions for batch NCs, customer NCs, and audit findings.• Document Control: Update and modify workflow documents, procedures, and work instructions as required/requested. Review work instructions and document control for completeness.• Tool and Equipment: Request quotes for new tools, log new tools, calibrate in-house tools, send tools out for calibration, and maintain calibration records. Oversee machine tags and maintenance.• Supplier Management: Perform initial evaluations, conduct reviews, and reevaluate suppliers.• Training: Provide QMS orientation for new employees. Monitor the training module and notify managers of pending training. Conduct gap analysis when required.• Occupation: Keep occupation up to date in UniPoint and BambooHR to match the occupation/employee module.• Meetings: Host monthly corrective action meetings and discuss the status of quality objectives and other KPIs. Document meeting minutes when required.• Data Analysis: Post monthly NC data on the shop floor.• Purchasing: Occasionally audit and verify correct revisions are used in purchase orders (POs) and Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs).• Walkarounds: Verify the shop floor for conformance with NC tags, calibration labels, identification and traceability of raw materials, policy compliance, and completeness of paperwork for First Article Inspection (FAI) and In-Process (IP). Quiz employees on policy and objectives.• Annual Tasks:• Audits: Perform an internal audit and maintain records of external audits and annual stock assessments.• Management Review: Support the quality manager in conducting the management review.• Process Validation: Coordinate process validation activities as required.
