- Provide professional advisory and executive support to the Hotel Manager to achieve strategic goals.
- Develop and implement F&B promotions, strategies, and special events with the Executive Chef and Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of all outlets.
- Liaise with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, portion control, and food standards.
- Maintain all outlet equipment (menus, linen, china, glass, electrical equipment, POS system).
- Regularly check stock, requisitions, and equipment.
- Drive programs affecting guest satisfaction and outlet profitability.
- Implement control procedures to minimize errors, fraud, and waste.
- Ensure the property is recognized as a market innovator.
- Coordinate hotel wine lists, ensuring variety and price consistency.
- Manage entertainers, ensuring quality standards.
- Handle F&B complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, including intoxicated and underage guests.
- Prepare monthly outlook/forecast reports.
- Negotiate F&B contracts within corporate guidelines.
- Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for growth.
- Implement and maintain training systems for associate efficiency.
- Prepare work and annual leave schedules within budget and legislative guidelines.
- Participate in Strategic Business and Operating Plan preparation.
- Attend required meetings.
- Implement quality team-building opportunities.
- Ensure associate compliance with grooming and uniform standards.
- Oversee selection and appointment of new departmental associates.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep associates informed.
- Participate in the Hotel "Manager on Duty" program.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Comply with all corporate and hotel standards and procedures.
- Actively promote a work environment that cares for guests and associates.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education & Training: College/Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage or Culinary.
- Language: English proficiency required.
- Specific Knowledge: Strong understanding of Food & Beverage standards, trends, and taste profiles.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a 5 star hotel/ resort
