- Achieve targeted sales activities including daily sales calls, client meetings and account servicing to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop weekly business leads for all cluster properties.
- Actively promote hotel rooms, MICE facilities, F&B and other services to maximize total hotel revenue.
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling strategies across Melia Vinpearl properties within the cluster.
- Negotiate contracts, rates and terms with clients to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure assigned accounts achieve targeted room nights, revenue and ADR contribution.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate, travel trade and MICE accounts.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to generate repeat and future bookings.
- Conduct regular sales calls, entertainment meetings, networking events, and FAM trips to maintain strong partnerships.
- Maintain updated account profiles, contracts, and business performance records.
- Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and account development strategies.
- Identify new market segments and emerging opportunities to expand the cluster’s customer base.
- Prepare a monthly target account list for market penetration.
- Develop business relationships within the local business community, corporate organizations, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Represent the hotel cluster at trade shows, sales missions, networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing strategy, account penetration, promotional campaigns and market activities.
- Analyze market trends and demand patterns to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management to maintain competitive positioning.
- Coordinate site inspections and hotel presentations for potential clients.
- Ensure proper follow-up on key accounts and important client requests.
- Update management on VIP arrivals and special clients, ensuring appropriate meet & greet when required.
- Maintain strong brand presence for Melia Vinpearl Central Vietnam within the market.

- University degree preferable or equivalent experience
- Native Vietnamese Good written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required Strong negotiation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with proven track records
