- Strong network in Hanoi market across Corporate, MICE, Government, TA/TO, and key business partners.
- Proven track record in driving room revenue, group business, and account conversion for Central Vietnam destinations.
- Experience handling cluster or multi-property sales portfolios is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop sales action plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Good understanding of market trends, pricing strategy, and business forecasting.
- Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office/reporting tools.
- Based in Hanoi and willing to travel frequently for sales activities and business development
