- Manage and update job postings on recruitment channels such as Hoteljob, Facebook, and others.
- Draft recruitment-related documents
- Design and write monthly recruitment content across various platforms.
- Prepare personalized letters for employee events including birthdays, welcome notes, farewells, transfers, and promotions.
- Contribute to the development of content for Employer Branding initiatives.
- Participate in the interview process for casual, intern and entry-level positions.
- Assist in preparing and managing the HR booth at career fairs and recruitment events.

- Able to create content and design using Canva or design tools.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about HR functions and hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms
