- Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with hotel campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Create, coordinate, and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including captions, visuals, reels, and short-form videos.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging formats, and platform algorithms to ensure timely and relevant content.
- Proactively propose trend-driven content ideas while maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Manage community engagement and support reputation management in coordination with relevant teams.
B. Content Creation & Production
- Coordinate and oversee hotel photo and video shootings.
- Work with designers and agencies to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Ensure visual and content consistency in line with brand guidelines.
- Utilize relevant creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, basic motion tools, AI-assisted tools) for content optimization.
- Adapt global brand content into localized, market-relevant executions.
C. Hotel Commercial & Operational Alignment
- Work closely with hotel operations teams (F&B, Rooms, Spa, FO, etc.) to ensure marketing activities support business needs.
- Support execution of marketing activities at the hotel (events, media stays, influencer visits, shootings).
- Assist in establishing and communicating clear USPs for each hotel.
- Ensure hotel collaterals and materials comply with brand standards.
D. Planning & Reporting
- Participate in strategic hotel marketing planning.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and sales data to support strategic decisions.
- Compile performance reports (KPIs, ROI, digital performance) for management review.
- Support monthly commercial review meetings with relevant marketing insights
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree or advanced marketing certification is an advantage.
LANGUAGES
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok).
- Experience with content creation and visual editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Understanding of branding and luxury hospitality positioning.
- Basic understanding of analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance brand guidelines with market-driven content.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or similar position within large hotels, hospitality groups, or international companies.
- Willingness to travel to properties within the cluster as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
