Mô Tả Công Việc
- Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
- Schedule projects to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
- Conceptualize visuals based on marketing and operational requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
- Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design materials as requested by the Marketing team.
- Create and edit short-form video content for digital platforms (Reels, TikTok, social ads, etc.).
- Develop basic motion graphics and simple animations for campaigns, digital materials, and presentations.
- Support video editing and content adaptation for multiple media channels.
- Test graphics across various media and platforms.
- Amend designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, agencies, and internal teams when required.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field is a plus.
- Fluent English is preferred.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Proven graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio of illustrations, layouts, and digital work.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent tools).
- Understanding of short-form video formats and social media visual trends.
- Ability to integrate static design with simple animation for digital engagement.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Creative, innovative mindset.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience working with luxury brands or in hospitality is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to travel to properties within the cluster/system as required for business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
