- Manage activities of all staff on duty to ensure they comply with the Hotel's operating standards, rules and regulations
- Supervise all Hotel activities to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
- Understand customer needs and requirements carefully
- Ensure departmental operations, customer information and needs are captured and processed promptly
- Check room status, special reception preparations for VIP and VVIP guests
- Check and monitor guest payment process.
- Ensure accurate completion of night audit
- Resolve guest complaints, ensure prompt handling and report to management
- Flexibly coordinate with related departments to best resolve guest complaints
- Prepare daily reports: Daily incident reports and statistical related reports
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College Degree or above
- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
- English - Good level, written & spoken
- Spanish - knowledge is not a must but will help embody & communication of Company culture.
- Computer Skills
- 2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel
