Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Proven housekeeping or hospitality knowledge and experience.
LANGUAGES: Fluent English.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Working knowledge of housekeeping,
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications,
The ability to multitask,
The ability to stand for extended periods of time,
Good organizational and time management skills,
Excellent customer service skills,
Effective communication skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES: 2 years in the same position in hotels of the same category and with the same services.
