- Support the implementation of the pricing strategy through all systems and channels.
- Ensure adequate inventory management of the hotels in the MVP NORTH by ensuring that the inventory available for sale reflects the reality of the hotel, using the overbooking strategy when necessary.
- Lead channel management. Ensure that the pricing strategy defined by market segment is correctly implemented on each platform.
- Set up and follow up on daily overbooking decisions (when the person is mature enough).
- Coordinate the uploading of participation defined for promotions and campaigns. Audit that this load is shown as agreed in all distribution channels.
- Review and analyze the pricing strategy of the hotels in the compset and other relevant structures according to the different conditions (board, number of people, type of rate...).
- Responsible for opening, managing, and following up on requests in the Jira tool as well as all tickets related to revenue management.
- Monitor the hotel's market penetration daily, as well as other relevant ratios.
- Closely monitor the pricing behaviour of the hotels in the compset using the rate shopping tools at their disposal, identifying practical opportunities.
- Responsible for the generation and updating of both regular and Ad-hoc reports for potential meetings and analysis.
- Ensure the absolute accuracy of the data entered in the PMS as well as in the internal tools as well as in the MHI reports.
- Generate the necessary alerts that report potential data integrity problems and reports immediately.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proficient in Office tools, especially Excel.
- Preferably with experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge or career orientation in Revenue Management is an advantage.
- Good English skills, especially in reading, writing, and handling documents
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
