- Support in preparing draft contracts, rate agreements, addendums, and quotations for corporate and group business.
- Monitor contract validity, renewal timelines, and rate updates to ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a proper filing system in compliance with 5-star hospitality confidentiality standards.
- Maintain and regularly update the corporate client database across all three properties.
- Update and track group information, group requests, and promotional offers in the system.
- Prepare reports on group bookings, revenue performance, and other related sales activities; consolidate weekly team performance reports.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
- Provide operational support to the Sales team during the high summer season.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible in handling assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to support the team when needed.

- Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month.
- Working hours: 44 hours/week.
