KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take full charge of resort operations during night hours in the absence of senior management.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies.
- Coordinate and support all operating departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless overnight service.
- Conduct regular night audits and security rounds across the property to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Prepare nightly reports and handovers to the morning management team.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations including medical issues, fire alarms, or other critical incidents.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures is a plus.
