Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team in our Vietnam office.The Opportunity• Senior position within a growing BIM team in Vietnam and supporting wider SE Asia BIM efforts. • Vietnam based but integrated into broader SE Asia and wider APAC regional BIM teams. • To work on exciting projects in Vietnam as well as across the SE Asia and wider APAC region in buildings and infrastructure projects.• Opportunities to expand individual impact by contributing to business development, thought leadership, research and knowledge sharing programs• Opportunity for career progression into leadership across the buildings and infrastructure business at Arup. This includes leading projects, managing staff and helping to shape the strategic direction for the BIM team across SE Asia and Asia-Pacific.About the Role• Be accountable for the managing Revit models, instructing junior colleagues regarding project standards and be accountable for deliverables.• Liaise with project level Engineering and BIM leadership to instruct and manage modelling team workload and output.• Working with International teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.• Capable to create BIM model and 2D deliverables for routine works independently and supervise others.• Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced is in accordance with project and corporate requirements.• Keep following up with team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines of deliverables.• You will facilitate the coordination on such projects and undertake virtual design reviews to detect and address coordination issues in the model.• Monitors and ensures adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards;
