Merchandiser (Backpack & Bag Industry)

1. Order Management:• Receive and process orders from customers, ensuring complete and accurate information.• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping departments to monitor production progress and delivery.Ensure timely delivery and meet the quality requirements of customers.• Provide order status updates to customers and relevant departments.2. Product Planning & Implementation:• Collaborate with the design team to develop new product samples that meet the customer requirements.• Ensure backpacks and bags are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.3. Production Process Monitoring:• Monitor and oversee the production process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.• Ensure that materials and accessories (fabric, zippers, buckles, etc.) are supplied in full and meet the required specifications.• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to materials and production.4. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the products.• Resolve issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, including quality issues, delayed deliveries, or changes in requirements.5. Analysis & Reporting:• Monitor and analyze sales trends and product performance, proposing improvements to sales strategies and product development.• Prepare regular reports on order status, production progress, inventory, and any issues requiring attention.6. Manage Relationships with Clients & Partners:• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
