Merchandiser (Furniture - Fluent English)

- 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS MERCHANDISER IN FURNITURE FIELD- FLUENT ENGLISH- ENGLISH CV ONLY AND NO CONTACT VIA PHONEResponsibilities Merchandiser is the person who is responsible for customer orders; work with the relating department for updating the production status, dealing with issues arises for the best quality from raw material to finished products and delivered to customers. Working directly with clients. Manage the whole cycle from sampling development to shipment & after sales.• • Receive orders, assist customers in the ordering process• Participate in sample production, ensure sample quality before sending to customers• Follow up customer feedback, support to negotiate contracts if necessary• Work closely with R&D, SCM, Logistics and SALES departments to ensure raw materials for production• Work closely with production, QA-QC, SCM, logistics, sales… to ensure orders are produced and delivered on schedule with good quality standards.• Inform clients, in collaboration with SCM, Production, QA-QC…to handle unforeseen delays or problems other arising problems affecting order progress.• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested in close collaboration with our R&D and SCM • Update/ manage order data on the system according to the process• Participate in the Cost Calculation process for related goods and services• Prepare reports when required• Ensure adherence to laws and policies• Other tasks requested by Board of Director
