- Coordination and control of Merchandising, Pricing and Logistics functions for projects as assigned.
- Work/check with suppliers to get the pricing on time & negotiate with suppliers on price, discount, delivery and working terms.
- Preparation of quotation sheets and item specifications documents/proposals for RFQs and projects.
- Review, document and obtain all details, information, and specifications required to complete the accurate pricing of all RFOs/projects to clients and the related purchase orders to suppliers.
- Review and verify that the Company drawings for RFQs are completed and in accordance with the client specifications, and that the supplier quotations and pricing assumptions are in accordance with the information provided to them by the Company.
- Attending pre-production meetings when developing new products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure completion of production orders and adherence to production schedules. Follow-up on production tracking list with suppliers/ QA team to make sure suppliers running production with correct products.
- Coordinate with Quality control staff to review pre-production samples, verify completion of tasks and monitor production schedules
- Coordinate with Logistics staff/ Freight forwarders/ shippers and our suppliers to schedule shipments and the related containers.
- Complete shipping documents required for shipments.
- Complete production and shipping schedule reports to Clients and Senior Management as needed.
- Assist with identifying and reviewing new suppliers/factories for materials, components and production.
- Assist with Product Development, Business Development and Marketing functions as assigned.
- Other duties as directed by Senior Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- General knowledge of all product types, strong knowledge and experience with any following type of products: furniture, outdoor furniture, dishware - porcelain, ceramics and stoneware is an advance.
- Studied Abroad in the United States or Have been in the United States is highly preferred. Know the US market demands for the product.
- Know how to propose new products to the market/ buyers.
- Understand about product packaging.
- Excellent English communication skills, have ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Market-oriented with research and development abilities.
- Exceptional computer skills and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills and organizational skills. Good with numbers.
