Retail Merchandising Manager
Job Overview:
- Receive order information, analyze, and fulfill orders according to superior's instructions.
- Process and allocate orders accurately according to the requirements of each brand to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Prepare reports and perform detailed product and inventory analysis as required by management.
- Develop sales and merchandising strategies to optimize product distribution in the market.
- Collect and analyze feedback from related departments regarding products; interpret data related to sales performance and revenue.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product distribution aligns with market demand.
- Possess strong presentation, training, and attention-to-detail skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, including experience in managing and coordinating work within the role.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficiency in Excel is a strong advantage. Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and other related software.
- Honest, truthful, and able to handle high-pressure work environments.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, a team player, and a continuous learner.
- Demonstrates patience and strong abilities in time management, organization, and effective task coordination.
