Position Metrological Quality Engineer

Mission

We are seeking a skilled Metrology Engineer to join our team who will be the mastery of energy meters and the activity of metrological tests on meters. This role will take following responsibilities:
- Evaluate and ensure the results of inter lab comparison and proficiency testing;
- Validate the test methods;
- Estimate the uncertainty of the measurements taken;
- Ensure that the confidentiality of test results is respected
- Ensure the daily recording of Laboratory Temperature and Humidity
- Interpret, sign and evaluate test reports;
- Plan activities and evaluate verification test results
- Confirm compliant and non-compliant verification work
- Study the feasibility of the tests requested by the customers
- Propose the needs for consumables and scientific equipment of the laboratory and ensure their control following the purchase and maintenance.
- Ensure the proper functioning of scientific equipment:
+ Equipements calibration;
+ Intermediate verification of laboratory equipment.
+ Maintenance and metrological confirmation of laboratory equipment.
- Define technical training needs of technicians
- Training and maintenance of the skills of Laboratory Technicians.
- Ensure the supervision task for the new recruitments of the Laboratory Technicians
