Mid Business Analyst (HCM | 3 YOE)

3- 5 years of experience for BA position A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation Products, E-commerce systems, FinTech, EduTech, and Social Networks. Proficiency in handling and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements. Ability to create wireframes and diagrams. Knowledge of business domain modeling and the ability to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements. Strong project management skills to manage project plans, documentation, and schedules. Familiarity with cost/benefit analysis. Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Good in English communication. Willing to work outside the office
