We are looking for a talented Backend .NET Developer to join our team. As a Backend .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be developing web services and APIs to support our front-end applications, as well as integrating with third-party services.Responsibilities:Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance server-side logic using .NET 6/8+ and .NET framework.Architecture: Contribute to system design and architectural decisions, applying principles like Clean Architecture, DDD, or CQRS to handle complex business logic.Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in both application code and SQL Server queries to ensure the system handles high concurrent loads (thousands of users) smoothly.Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend developers and Product Owners to define clear API contracts (RESTful) and data models.Leadership (For Senior level): Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior members through thorough code reviews, and drive best practices across the team.Infrastructure: Help maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based services (AWS/Azure).

Requirements:Experience:Mid: 2 - 4 years of professional experience in .NET development.Senior: 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of designing large-scale systems.Technical Skills:Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Design Patterns.Experience with database design and advanced SQL optimization (Indexing, Execution Plans).Familiarity with Distributed Systems and Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS).Experience with Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit) and automated testing strategies.A passion for learning and a desire to stay updated with the latest technologies.Nice To Have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure).Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.Familiarity in Ubuntu/IIS, Message/Queue systems, Proxy Server (Nginx)Experience with AWS, agile development methodologies and software development best practices is a big plusUpper-Intermediate English proficiency (Reading & Writing). Must be comfortable working with US-based documentation and requirements.
