We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help deliver high-quality software while contributing to the development and enhancement of our Quality Platform. You will play an essential role within the quality engineering team, collaborating with fellow engineers and product teams to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of software quality.You will be part of a dedicated, distributed team working with advanced testing techniques to assess and improve the quality of our platform. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will work closely with Agile teams, providing expertise on quality engineering while supporting the overall success of the product.
Contribute to the automation-first quality strategy and improve testing practices for our evolving platform;
Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to provide input and guidance on testing for new features and designs;
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on quality engineering tasks within the team;
Support and mentor junior quality engineers, providing guidance on test techniques and best practices;
Work closely with Customer Support to reproduce defects, address escalations, and support issue resolution;
Assist with maintaining and improving testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks.

Key Qualifications
Strong understanding of Test methodologies and principles;
2+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright;
Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and proficiency in programming languages (Groovy, Java);
Practical experience with mobile testing and API testing;
Familiarity with automated build/deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub Action, Azure Pipelines);
Experience in Agile Teams (Scrum, SAFe framework);
Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments;
Experience supporting testability, defining acceptance criteria, and collaborating on non-functional requirements;
Proficient in English communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent;
Experience with WinApp testing;
Experience with Performance Testing using tools like K6;
Familiarity with cloud providers like LambdaTest, Kobiton, BrowserStack, and Saucelabs;
Understanding of Data Engineering applications, data platforms, machine learning, and AI;
Knowledge of cloud providers such as LamdaTest, Kobiton, BrowserStack and Saucelabs;
PSM I certified;
