AEM Development:Develop AEM components, templates, and workflows.Implement features using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi.Build reusable AEM components and templates.Content Management:Configure and manage AEM content structures, permissions, and workflows.Integration:Implement REST API-based integrations with external systems such as SAP, PIM, ERP, and Adobe I/O.Quality:Follow AEM coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.Collaboration:Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and operations teams.Support:Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues in development and production.DevOps:Work with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience:3+ years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – mandatory.Core AEM Skills:Experience with AEM Sites (6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR (Oak), and HTL (Sightly).Front-end Skills:Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Integration Skills:Experience with RESTful API integrations.Tools:Experience with Git and Maven.Preferred QualificationsAEM Cloud:Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.Dispatcher:Experience with Dispatcher configuration and caching.Front-end:Experience with React-based AEM Hybrid or Headless.Adobe Ecosystem:Familiarity with Adobe IMS, Adobe I/O, and Adobe Launch.DevOps:Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Manager.Global Projects:Experience working with global or offshore teams.Certification:Adobe AEM Certification (preferred, not mandatory).Soft SkillsProblem Solving:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Communication:Effective communication with Tech Leads and team members.Methodology:Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ownership:Ability to take ownership of assigned development tasks.
