Graduated from University/College/Vocational School in IT or related fields (degree obtained).Open to non-IT majors with 7+ years of practical software development experience.At least 3 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years working with Java.Proficiency in the following technologies:Java (Spring Boot, etc.) + Frontend frameworks (ReactJS / Angular / VueJS)Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, authentication/authorization.Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).Ability to write unit tests and use Git, CI/CD pipelines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Nice to Have:Experience in outsourcing projects or working with Korean clients.Willingness to work onsite if required.English: Basic communication level or higher.
