At least 2-3 years of product experience as a product manager/ product analyst/ product ownerBackground in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree is a plusSuccessful track record in planning, developing, and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionallyAble to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed executionTeam player, presentation skills, critical thinking. Having UX design knowledge is a plusStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in the financial services or payment services industry is a plus.Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teamsAnalytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every projectPassionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them bestFluent in English and are a confident communicator
