THE POSITIONReview & Analysis Participate in reviewing and analyzing the requirement to understand test objectives Provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.Test plans Create test plans, test cases, manual/automated test scripts and performance tests.Executing manual/automated test plans.Defect identification Testing & Participating in functional testing, regression testing and performance testing.Identifying bugs, issues, risks, and bottlenecks within the application.Other related duties as needed or assigned by the management.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Experience: 3 years+ software testing Experience working with overseas clients or colleagues is a must Professional knowledge:Have a passion for software testing and finding bugs in software before deployment.Strong analytical skills and ability to portray information in a logical and well-organized manner.Proven record of developing strong, positive relationships with the software development team, especially developers and business analysts.Strong work ethic and commitment to the client solution and deliverables.Functional SkillsUnderstanding and experience with full testing lifecycle management;Experience in a Business Analyst or QA role for web applications is a plus;Experience with Agile Project Management; namely Scrum is a plus;Experience in Automation Testing is a plus;ISTQB Foundation Level Certification is a plus.
