Middle-Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Backend Java Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java-based web applications tailored to our client needs. This position demands strong technical expertise, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative in driving projects forward.  Responsibilities   Partner with the Project Manager toward improving and fulfilling the technical direction of the product.  Participate in the development of new systems based on a microservice architecture and optimize existing systems.  Design system architecture.  Propose technical approaches to develop software solutions for business features, write high-level architecture documents, and establish coding conventions.  Understand system limitations, scalability, and maintainability for future development.  Responsible for evaluating technologies, components, development techniques, methods of development, and system integration  Participated in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with development teams to build scalable microservices-based products.
